Your diet is very high in starch. I don’t think most people would be able to lose weight on it. I certainly wouldn’t. My nutritionist recommended much higher levels of vegetables and fruit and told me to have protein at every meal. There were no snacks and I was told to drink 1.5 liters of water per day. It definitely works for me. Your diet really does not sound healthy.
