This reinforces for me the need to be cautious, especially when one is older. Covid is not going away. Maybe the new variants are relatively harmless, but I’m not taking any chances. My husband and I caught it in March 2020, just before the first lockdown. We were tired for months afterwards. We will continue to mask in indoor public settings and avoid large gatherings. Thanks for this timely reminder and warning.
