They want diverse voices to just shut up and let them have or attain their unearned privilege. They don’t want to be confused by facts or really any unpalatable aspects of reality. They want their Don to kill their enemies for them and make their lives perfect. The fact that they are living in a delusional fantasy world escapes them. Curiosity is for people with intelligence and insight. Fear is for weak people who cling to the idea that might means right. They live in fear of reality. That’s why they love someone who denies reality. It’s the only way they can imagine living.
