It is so infuriating that admin behaves in the way you describe while making an obscene amount of money for very little work. It's disgusting and it is a major contributor to the breakdown of society.

As a teacher in Canada, I earned a salary closer to what your admin makes. And the admin aboves us made more, but not outrageiously more. And everyone pays a high tax rate while still having a good lifestyle. THAT is the way to have a more balanced society. The American way is leading to a failed state and total social instability.
