I have a friend who spent two years in France recently and when she came back she told me that all of the French women she knew were appalled that she didn't have a monthly facial regimine, as if her face would quickly deteriorate as a result of that neglect.

I really doubt that French skin is any better than North American skin as a result of this religious devotion.
