Great ideas! I will try the shower.

I would also add magnesium supplements. I recently started having insomnia. I bought a new mattress, which helped. My naturopath prescribed magnesium and melatonin. I have been sleeping ever since. I take the magnesium twice a day and the melatonin only at night.

By the way, I love those curved pillows.
